Controller

Controller is an all new desktop mini player for Spotify, and iTunes. With the ability to dynamically select the correct service for your application based on the service you are actually playing music from and when thats not possible we fallback onto your preferences. Controller uses an algorithm where switching between music services is seamless requiring no user intervention. If you stop playing music on Spotify and start playing an iTunes song we detect that automatically and voilá Controller is now displaying the song from iTunes. Controller is by far the best mini player available. Controller also offers a notification center widget that gives you access to your song information and playback controls from anywhere regardless of what you are doing. Additionally, you have the option to be notified whenever a song changes. When album artwork is unavailable, Controller is unmatched in finding and downloading artwork from the internet to display them to you in full retina resolution on your notification center widget or on the desktop player. Artwork is displayed whether you are using Spotify or iTunes. Controller also offers tremendous support for customization in terms of themes, window shadows, fonts and even the ability to display your player on your lock screen! Controller is also your go to for features like auto pausing and playing the current song when you get a FaceTime/iPhone cellular call.
